I have tried everything and tried some Suggestions but my sim is still Not pregnet if you know how can you please Tell me beacause I want 10 children so if you can I would appreciate it very much f y I i play on a IPod touch.?

Sims don't get pregnant. You have to order a baby. First you have to buy a cradle and place it in the house of a married couple. There will be an add-a-sim bubble over it. Click on it and buy the baby, then wait for it to arrive.
