Question for The Sims FreePlay
I have the same quest for a very long time: Have 4 sims employed as athletes. It is still locked. And when I send them to the fitness center, they can't do anything. What am I doing wrong?

You need to build the Stadium, then that Career will be unlocked. The stadium is to the far right of The Town Map, across the road from the competition centre.
