Question for The Sims FreePlay

I haven't received the daily reward for several weeks and my next competition is 7404 hrs plus away. Got any idea what's going on and what I can do to correct this? Thank you, Mary T.

It is very obvious that you have used a cheat- one that changes your time around.
The same thing happened to me, but for only for 107 hours. Here's what I did to change it back to normal-
Make sure your time zone is on automatic.
Delete the game from your device, then re-download it (I did this on ipad and it worked)
And if that doesn't work, just type into google or whatever search browser; my sims time is wrong! (Or something similar)
I hope that helps. I use to use heaps of cheats, but that has resulted in being banned from buying stuff with real money. But if that happens, just delete then re-install, and it should be fine.

If worse comes to worse, you have the option of starting fresh with a new bunch of sims. There are two ways to do that:
1) delete then re-install. If your game was saved using iCloud or Google or whatever, it will give you the option of getting your old sims back. Click new game. Then you will have a fresh start to the game. But remember, if you do this, it is

1) delete then re-install. If your game was saved using iCloud or Google or whatever, it will give you the option of getting your old Sims back. Click new game. Then you will have a fresh start to the game. But remember, if you do this, it is pretty near impossible to recover your old sims.
2) click on the triple dot. (...) then click on options. In red you will be given the option to reset game. Click on that. With most devices the RESET GAME option is at the bottom of choices. Then you will have another fresh start. Like the other option, your old Sims will probably no be recoverable.

If you don't wanna wait, maybe back up the game, delete it and re-download it a month later? Then it will have seemed to go quicker.

I hope this helped. I'm sorry if you can't do anything to change it. GOOD LUCK Smile
