How do I search for Ghosts?

I know y btw don't fret tis not because of Christmas but because you probably have no ghost stuff perhaps you outta buy somethin ghostly like a picture frame or another item hope it helps bro;)

You have to purchase Items from the store that has the ghost icon next to it then when you place the items in a house an click on them it will ask you to search for ghost you have to try to buy as much of the ghost items as you can. Hope this helps I am doing it right now so I know it works.

Go to "Decorations" in the home store. There will be a few haunted pictures and other Items that have an orange ghost/ghoul/monster in the corner. Purchase the item and then click on it and search for ghosts!

Whenever I click on the haunted Items, not one of my Sims will search for ghosts, including the sim that had already found two ghosts. Why won't my sims search for ghosts anymore?

The Sims ghost hunting is temporarily unavailable. They are having issues with ghost hunting.

Normally, if you buy an object that has the symbol of a red ghost on the lower right corner and you place it in your house it has the option "search for ghosts". Although, temporarily their having a bit of a problem with the ghost hunting hobbie! I know it's very annoying because some of my Sims are Ghost Hunters and I'm very close to unlocking all of the prizes and I was very upset to find out that I have to wait for the problem to be solved! I'm sure that these option will be back shortly! Hope my answer helped you

I am on Level 15, and I do not have any ghostly Items in my home store. When do they become available, as I have a goal to hunt ghosts.

If you are having trouble finding the ghost Items, you might want to make sure that your Competition Center is built. That might help. :D

Is anyone having the issue of- once you finish searching for the ghost, then the "red ghost" bubble appears, & then after you click on it, instead of the usual ghost appearing & having to tap it 3 times, the gun just disappears & no ghost at all appears? It happened to me 3 days ago, then suddenly fixed itself, but now as of yesterday & today it's back to the problem

You go and get stuff with the ghost sign in the home store and place it in a house. If it still doesn't work, I think you have to wait until you can hunt for them.
