My next goal is practice painting? And I don't know what to do pls help

Go to Hobby store (Promotions r us) something like that. Buy a art Easel. Set it at Sims house and practice painting.

4. Press enter
5. Go to Artist/Painter Sims
6. Select furniture Icon
7. Select Inventory
8. Select Hobby
9 Select OK

The promotion r us store does not work in other sims house then how Could I complete this task

I would go to the Hobby store. Know as Promotions r is. It is located by the Pet store. Select a art esal hit green check mark. Then go to any Sims house and go to the sims store. Then go to the inventory and go to Bobby's and there it will be and you may select it and put it where you like.

My Quest says to practice painting in neighbours town I bought the canvas but how do I find it or pull it out once I place my sim in a neighbour town, there is no option to pullout it my inventory

You need to tell your Game Center friends to tell you what house the canvass is in, then go to that house. The Quest will then be completed
