Youo have to build the sports center first behind the first row of the Houses across the Park. After you build it, the Ballet and Karate studio will be available

I built it before the pre-teen update and when I click on it it doesn't come up with the karate or ballet studio…… I can't even skip the goal to get the kid to spar… how do I fix this or how do I get the studio??
