How do I change my baby sims diaper?? The parents wont the feet print comes up.

This means that the crib is in a location were the Sims cannot access it. To fix that problem, you need to place the crib in an open space so that they have room to interact with it.

If the baby is in another room make sure there is a door leading to it. If that's not the problem just move/put away some furniture. Hope this helped
