Can I make my toddler grow into a teenager? If so, does anyone know how?

I dun think so...coz this is the freeplay: toddler time or sumthing like that...

[color=red]It is supposed to work in the scence that you have a baby grows to toddler then I have a preteen now you should be able to get. Teenager at level 23if you complete a certain goal, when you update it and reach level 23 it will tell you about the goal or something you need to complete I will complete the Goals soon so I will let you know how it goes and if you need anything else I will help since I've been on Sims fo years ... Lol @ NJ ;)
