You go to there build menu and get a crib for the baby under "nursery" then, you click the crib and you can have a baby Warning the Sims must be married to have a baby

It takes a while for them to get married on task one day it's going to pop up and say get married and things

You need to buy a ring (don't know how) then you will get the option to propose (you can only have a male and female marry each other) once they are married buy a crib from the nursery in the furniture Items. (cheapest is 10000 Sims cash, not LP.) you have to unlock the love bed which is 3000 sims cash. Put the girl to sleep and then click on the other side of the bed and you will get the option of " try for a baby" and it will take you from there!!

How do you go on the nursery place

They have to be married, then you buy a crib and tap on it and you'll have the option to try for a baby.
