No, because it is like everyday life and actually takes an hour to watch a show or fifteen seconds to wash your hands. But if you don't want their moods to drop while you are sleeping, have them plant tomatoes for six hours or beans for twelve hours.

im off on hols for 11 days. ive tried switching iPad off but this doesnt work. very clever money making tool EA Games! anyway i plan to take iPad with me so i can play. they will have to garden and bake all day, but i'll also have to keep an eye on the toddlers too. my mates are going to think im a dork obsessing about my SIMs ~ especially as im 45 yrs old!
Guest answered:

They don't die. There's no graveyard, or Grim, and nobody really ages. Their needs will just be low and they will possibly be housebound till needs are up. That's all. It really isn't that difficult to bring their needs up again. What troubles me is hose with Jobs, especially in the early morning,

Guest answered:

That's sad... School's going to start tomorrow, so I have to stop playing it for a very long time, at least 3 months... My Sims' moods will surely decrease rapidly. Can't imagine what it will be when I switch on the game again the next time I play it. :(
I really hope that EA can make a 'pause' button for us. Stop the time of the game when we are unable to play for a period of time.

I’m gone for 3 months traveling so I really need someone to get it together and make a pause button. Especially when it’s such a big concern. When I was searching up my question, I only typed pause time and it finished it for me. Clearly lots of people have asked about this for several years
Guest answered:

I deleted the game off my phone once, because I couldn't play for several MONTHS. When I reinstalled it and logged back in, everything was exactly as I had left it. None of my Sims' needs lowered, nothing changed.

So if i uninstalled it I wouldn't miss the stork bringing the baby? I have to be off for a while but don't wanna miss it. I didn't expect this to pop up. Or maybe I can just clear the data on the app and it will ask me to login again?
