Question for The Sims FreePlay

When I go to building mode, I get 'object cap reached' what does it mean n why can't I buy anything anymore? I tried to sell some of the things I have in the inventory but I couldn't. So what should I do?

I'm not sure why they set the game up this way but you should have gotten an error message saying something like how your Sims can't handle too many unique things, you need to sell things like clocks, radios, and decor.

What you need to do is sell some of your stuff in the Houses. I had a couple of fully furnished houses with no one living in them. I went to one and sold all the furniture, doors and windows to just leave the shell of the house. And now 'object cap reached' has been removed.

My thought I didn't have enough Sims for the amount of fully furnished Houses, I have 16 sims and 13 houses but 5 are empty, converted to cinema etc as meeting places.

I have ever plot on the game with fully furnished homes on them I want to change it back I spent a lot of time playing this game and getting money and sp. I know they do this so nobody can cheat and just glitch them and sell the items and become rich but I actually didn’t do that and now my whole game has been disrupted. Fire monkeys please fix this I hate it, I can’t do anything now. Completely ruined the game.

Mine too
Guest answered:

Yea just sell some Items from your house. It should go back to normal. Personally I think this is a really dumb feature of the game. We should be able to build and make the Houses look however we want. They're Sims.

I have the same problem in my favourite mansion. I thought I'd hit a glitch but seems not. Odd thing is it's not my biggest mansion, but it's the one with my most expensive furniture and items in it, including all the teen music hobby instruments and grand piano! It's annoying to get this because I've not finished decorating it by a long chalk!

I don't we can't see why we Can't just tap the furniture and see build and just rotate or replace it like why can't we do that on Sims freeplay.

All I had to do was sell two things but that's so dumbbbbb now I can barley furnish my 2 story house anymore and I wanted to build a new bed room !!!

Same my house is only two stories but I still have this problem.
Guest answered:

4 years later they still have Object Cap Reached. Annoying, I just spent SP on a German Shepherd and now can't give him dog Toys, kennel or food bowl. So ridiculous. Maybe I'll have to relocate him to a single story house with less Items. If there is an empty square, players should be able to add items.
