  Up-B: Robo Blaster. Activates his jets.

          be held by moving.

Final Smash - Diffusion Beam:
Shoots spiraling beams out of his eyes. These beams can trap opponents and rack up huge amounts of damage (over 30 per round), and ever two seconds or so he shoots a large laser which easily sends people flying. The large laser gets more powerful every time he fires it, so try to hit with the final one. The whole things lasts 15 seconds. A KO is pretty easy to get off of this, especially since you can still use regular attacks during the final smash.

Strategy:
The longer you go without using a laser-based attack, the stronger they get. Us your Arm Rotor at moderate range and Gyro for long range attacks. Remember that you can only have 2 Gyros on the field at once. Keep your foes at mid-range, but don't worry if they get in close, he's a ton a metal after all.

Defense Strategy:
Watch for his laser attacks and pound on him from a distance. He cant do much past mid-range, so build up damage with ranged attacks. When in close, use either fast attacks or large slow attacks with heavy characters.

The infamous NES peripheral appears as the first robotic Smash Bros. fighter. R.O.B.'s moves about using jets underneath its base, which it also utilises to attack opponents and to make huge recoveries. He is also able to attack with lasers through his eyes, his trusty gyros and spin his arms at a rapid pace.

How to unlock: Play 160 Brawls, then challenge him; Obtain 250 trophies, then defeat him; get him to join your team in the Subspace Emissary.
