Final Smash - Octopus:
Transforms into and octopus for some reason. He is big, but still easy to dodge. Anyone that touches him takes around 10% damage, and his tentacles extend with A for 20% with a clean hit. You can move around, but controlling him vertically is hard, and he drops fast if you wonder off stage. Whole thing lasts around 15 seconds. 15 seconds for 80% damage isn't bad though.
Strategy:
First, lets go over the Judge abilities:
1) Inflicts 1% damage and hurts G&W
2) Minimal damage
3) Attacks the same as the Fan
4) Attacks the same as the Beam Sword
5) Electrical damage and a chance at stunning
6) Fire damage
7) Moderate damage and drops a random food item
8) Attacks the same as a Mr. Freezie
9) Attacks the same as a Homerun Bat
With that, know that the Judge is your most powerful attack, use it to its fullest. Chef isn't very useful though. Your side smash is your second most powerful attack however, and between that, Judge, and a bit of luck, you can rule at close range. Don't forget to use your Oil panic on projectiles. G&W also has a bunch of random attacks that can catch most people by surprise. He is fast, but also light, so don't get in too deep.
Defense strategy:
Get in close and unleash. Theres not much you can do about his Judge attack, so you'll have to rely on luck. Getting behind him works well, but not for long. Come at him head on and use a powerful attack to send him flying easily. .

Here are some extra comments from the members of our forums for Mr Game and Watch...
The original video game character, imortalised in Smash Bros. again as a 2D sprite. Mr. Game & Watch is unlike the other characters in that he moves about as he did in his LCD portable games, and utilises moves from the games, such as Fire! and Oil Panic!
How to unlock: Play 250 Brawls, then challenge him; Play 30 'Break the Targets' matches with 30 characters on any difficulty, then challenge him; get him to join your team in the Subspace Emissary.

When i beat target smash with 30 Characters I Did three repeats i cant fight him
Mr. Game and Watch, like said below, is very underestimated in his power by beginner players. Mr. Game and Watch's smash moves are very effective, and do lots of knockback, even if the player only has 30%. His judge move is very good, because once a 7 or 8 appears, the opponent that gets hit by it gets an ice affect of electricity affect, so it is pretty decent. His down move is good for reflecting projectiles, like Ness's and Lucas's move except he doesn't regenerate health. His final smash is very effective, if you follow the opponents out of the arena during his final smash while hitting the opponent with his tentacles, it is a very easy KO. Mr. Game and Watch is a great character to use if you know how to use him.
heis not the best character but he is still good
Mr. Game & Watch is a very underestimated character by most unexperienced players. He has several moves that can quickly rack up damage, and his smash attacks are extremely powerful compared to his light weight. As far as judge, it's not a good idea to use it too much, as it is somewhat slow and has slim chances, and if you do it too much it becomes very predicatable. G&W can be very deadly when mastered.
I think the two of mr games best moves is his fire move and his diver helmet head butt.
His judge hammer attack has a 1/9 chance of getting a 9, it has short range, and it has a bit of start-up lag as well as end-move lag. But if you don't use judge, then your chances of getting the 9 is zero. You can use it if someone is pitfalled in the ground or traped in some way. Beginners like to spam the judge. If you use it to much, it becomes predictable thus easier to dodge, so use it sparingly.
judge isnt the move to use all that much... and his chef, when held or tapped rapidly can be very annoying and useful. G&W's smashes are unpredictable and have incredible KO power, use these and his neutral A to rack damage and kill
Mr Game
i defeted him in sse but i cant get him in the charachter selection on sse only though
Makes sure to use judgement twice after a 9 since you can never get the last two numbers in a row.
