This is really easy, just make your way through the level killing everything you see, you're bound to get it on your first playthrough.

Destroy every breakable objects in the Fongoid village.

Return to Zolar Forest, Planet Quantos after you've completed the level. Go back to the Fongoid Village via the teleporter near your ship. There are breakable items all around the village, and you need to break almost all of them. This includes brown barrels, big blue bowls/vases, brown wooded shelves, and the crates. Roam around breaking everything you can find and eventually you'll get the Skill Point.
