This Vera mission requires youto send a message to Winston Goodman, oneoffrank's influential friends. Vera thinks that the way to damage Frank is to deal with his friends first, leaving him vulnerable. Drive around while Vera explains what's going on, then head to the waypoint indicated, then use your new grenades to blow up Winston's advertisements. There are four in total, and after the first one you will likely have to deal with the people around them and possibly a police presence.
Blow up the adverts using your grenades
Once you've blown up all four ofthe adverts, head back to the strip club to complete the mission.
