As with all missions, you can begin this one either by using the main menu or by driving up to the location on your map and starting it that way.

Jason confronts Vera about her relationship with frank, but she says that with enough money she'll be able to buy forgiveness from Frank. Before that, we need to earn her some money though. Head to the 'Stash Location' marked on your map to get things started. Once there, you phone Vera, but there are a lot of guards at the stash. We're not allowed to use guns as it will draw too much attention to ourselves, so once the guards confront you, use your fists to deal with them.

you'll have to take out the first two, before three more show up and also require defeating. Once that's done, go and collect the package nearby. Jason phones Vera at this point, and she explains how to open locked packages like this one. Luckily the key required to unlock this was located right next to it, making things easier in this case. Tap the Open button to unlock the package. Hopefully you get something good - in our case it was a bike, an MT6-X Lvl. 1.

After this, Jason shares his thoughts that the whole thing was a set-up, and Vera appears concerned that frank's cronies were in downtown vegas as they had an agreement to stay out.
