Question for Pokemon FireRed

I heard that you have to catch all the unkowns to unlock the legendary dogs in kanto is this true? Or do you only have to get the national pokedex

To catch the Ledgendary Dog( depends on your Starter ), beat the Elite 4 and get the National Pokedex.

Also, the dog varies on your Starter:

Squirtle = Raikou
Charmander = Suicune
Bulbasaur = Entei

You have to complete the National Pokedex and this is how you get the certain dogs.

Squirtle = Raikou
Charmander = Suicune

No, Once you beat the league, and have over 60 pok�mon and have talked to Oak, you can roam around Kanto and find one of the legendary dogs, depends your Starter.

This is just a false rumor. You can get the dogs only through Trade or event in Kanto
