I have four questions because I'm new on the game
1.Who is the best starter on the long run
2.What is the chance of getting a shiny starter
3.What is the chance of getting a shiny legendary pokemon
4.How do you meet a legendary dog

1. It depends, Charmander (Charizard) will become the best Pokemon, but starts out weak. Bulbasaur is a very good Starter Pokemon because it learns plenty of good grass moves at the beginning of the game, however it ends very weak. Squirtle is the mid range of the 3, he starts out good, he ends good.
2. Something like 1/8124.
3. Same as above (assuming you run into him all the time)
4. Beat the Elite Four (you'll find it randomly).

3.If it's a legendary dog, then almost impossible!
4.Um I think you have to beat the Elite Four and get national dex and you find one randomly in wild.

1. I choose Bulbasaur because he can beat Misty and Brock then use other Pokemon that you caught in the wild to beat the other gyms.
2.i am not sure but it is very very rare.
3.even rarer than catching a normal shiny
4.it depends on what Starter you choose. They appear randomly around Kanto region.

P.S. If you want to get a shiny legendary save before you battle them. It may take a while. Turn off the game if it is not shiny.

4.beat the elite 4 and you will find 1 eventually

1. I personaly pick charmender, it's one if my favorite pokemon. It's your chioce, but you could always get the three starters by trading.

4. After you beat the league an dgot the natinal dex, it will roam around Kanto.

1. They're basically the same. You can always Trade. Or choose the one you like and the one that looks best.
2. About 1/8990. It is very lucky to get one.
3. Same as before.
4. Beat the league and they will be roaming around in the Kanto region. Oh yeah get the National dex as well. Good luck finding them!
