Where in Kanto do you find the legendary dog Suicune, I have pretty much looked every where?

Only if you started with Charmander first off. Then, well for me at least, you need to complete the game second Elite 4 an' all, then you find him randomly. Totally random.

If your Starter was Charmander, Suicune should appear at random around Kanto. There's no surefire way to encounter it.

You can only find it if your Starter Pokemon was Charmander (if not, Squirtle= Raikou and Bulbasaur= Entei.) When you have beaten the Pokemon league it is released into the wild. Now you can find it anywhere over Kanto. Everytime you move to another city, route ect. it will move aswell.

It teleports around whenever you change routes (by teleport I mean it moves to a random location) and your Starter must be Charmander.
