What do you have to do in order for celio to ask you to get the ruby and..

I'm not sure, I'm trying to find that out,
Can someone tell me how I get the rainbow pass and aurora ticket? To get the islands,thanks and I need the ticket to get ho-0h and Lugia,someone please post, thanks

You have to beat the Elite Four before you help Celio with the Ruby and sappgire

Beat the Elite Four and catpture 60 Pok�mon. Then go to Oak and he'll give you the National Dex. Then go to Celio and he'll ask you to get the Ruby. Go up to Mt. Ember but go up right. You'll eavesdrop on two Rockets. Then they'll see you. Beat them in a battle (they'll give you one password to the Rocket Warehouse) then navigate through the cave. Get the Ruby, go to Celio and he'll ask for the Sapphire. You'll get Rainbow Pass. The Sapphire is in the Dotted Hole on 6 Island (use Cut on the door). A scientist will steal it from you. He'll give you the other password. Go to the Rocket Warehouse on 5 Island. Beat the Rocket Executives. Then beat the scientist. You have the Sapphire.

Defeat the Pok�mon League and obtain at least 60 kinds of Pok�mon, and then talk to Professor Oak....

And you also can't get to Seven Island!
The first thing you have to do is catch or somehow come to own 70 or more Pokemon recorded in your Pokedex (not seen,OWN).
The next step is to beat the Pokemon league when you have 70 or more Pokemon recorded in your Pokedex (if you have already beaten the Pokemon league but you did not have 70 or more Pokemon then you have to do it again anyway(thats what I had to do)).then after you have beaten the Pokemon league and return home after the long run during the credits proffessor oak will come and rate your pokedex and then say some stuff(I don't remember what) then you go to One Island and talk to Celio. To get the Ruby go to Three Island and fight the Team Rocket grunts at mount ember and go inside the cave(you will need Strength) to find the ruby.
To find the saphire you have to go to Six Island and get inside the Dotted Hole(you will need the braile code for this part) then the scientist will steal it and hightail to the rocket wharehouse on 5 island. You need 2 passwords to get in (you should have already got the first one from the rockets at mount ember) then beat him and get it(the rocket wharehouse can be very frustrating with the moving floor panels so try to refrain from hitting your gameboy on the wall and turn it off without saving(like I did).
