Defeat the elite 4. You can only get the dog strong against your Starter.
Entai= Bulbasaur
Suicune= Charmander
Raikku= Squirtle

Raikou, Entei, or Suicune will be roaming on the Kanto mainland after you obtain the National Pok�dex, depending on the Pok�mon that you started with. If you started with Bulbasaur, you find Entei; if with Charmander, Suicune; if with Squirtle, Raikou.

First of all there are only three dogs suicine,Entei and Raikou
You have to catch them on colloseum then Trade them to Fire red or Leaf green

OK first of all the "lengendary dogs" are siucune entie and rikuo and it depends on your Starter
