How and where do I go get the last badge to get to the elite four?

The last badge is the first town you went to when you started the game. You have to go to Cinnabar Mansion get the key , open the door beat the gym leader Blaine. Although if you haven't beaten Team Rocket for the final time, Giovanni will not be in his gym. If you have then you can now face him and beat him , thus allowing you go to Pokemon League to challenge the Elite Four. Also the entry is in the Viridian City go left , you'll see an opening , though be prepared to challenge your Rival , while your on your way there.

The eigth badge is in Viridian City Giovanni is the leader and remember he has all ground types so get a flying type or water type ready
