Forza Horizon 5 House Guide

Scattered across the Mexican map of Forza Horizon 5 are several Player Houses. These homes are safe havens that enable you to customize your cars, characters, and more while you are away from the Festival Sites. Take a look at our House guide to find out everything you need to know about them.

There are seven different Player Houses in Forza Horizon 5 for you to find and obtain and each of them will give you the opportunity to get some instant rewards, these include Wheelspins, Super Wheelspins, and a 'Barn Find Rumor'. Houses are also used for fast travel around the map, and some also have a permeant perk that will come in useful during Horizon Adventures. Each of the houses will look unique and require different methods of unlocking. Listed below are the houses along with what they offer and the requirement to unlock them.

Casa Bella

Cost: Free (Starter House)
Perk: Skill Songs

Casa Bella

This house is gifted at some point during the beginning of the game. This house is located in the town of Mulege and is easy to find once you reach the Horizon Adventure chapter, which occurs after you complete the first Showdown and complete some Accolaes. Ramiro will invite you to Mulege and gift you the Casa Bella, which will come with one perk, the addition of Skill Songs to Forza Horizon 5's radio stations. A song will play occasionally that will give all your tricks and skills double score, contributing to rewarded Skill Points.

La Casa Solariega

Cost: 1,500,000 Credits (Free with Forza Horizon 5 VIP Membership DLC)
Perk: Earn double Forzathon points

La Casa Solariega

This mansion is located near the ancient ruins of Teotihuacan and will appear on your map automatically after unlocking the Horizon Adventure and obtaining the start Casa Bella home. Once you have this house Forzathon points are granted when you complete Horizon Arcade events, or Weekly and Daily Challenges. Forzathon points can be spent at the Forzathon shop for rare cars and other rewards. On top of this, La Casa Solariega also includes five Super Wheelspins and the valuable 'Green Crown' cosmetic item.

Lugar Tranquilo

Perk: Earn Accolades by photographing cars.

Lugar Tranquilo

Lugar Tranquilo is the second DLC house you can obtain and will automatically appear on the East coast, near the town of Playa Azul once you have obtained Casa Bella. This house semi unlocks the Horizon Promo which keeps track of vehicles you've photographed, fully unlocking it makes it easier to keep track of which cars you have photographed in your collection. It also gives you rewards for different milestones. Check out our How to Unlock the Horizon Promo guide to get more details.

Buena Esperanza

Cost 700,000 Credits
Perk: None

Buena Esperanza

This abode can be found nestled deep in the Mexican jungle, with the ancient ruins of Ek' Balam peeking out over the cliff edge.
