How To Build A Stairway To Heaven

The Stairway To Heaven is a popular technique used by players during a Battle Royale. With it, players attempt to hide from all other competitors while yet Building a massive tower (allowing them to be untouchable). If successfully completed, the Stairway To Heaven basically ensures an automatic victory for any player.

In order to to build the perfect Stairway To Heaven, you will first need to collect an abundance of resources, including wood, brick, bandages, and shield potions. The best place to do this is in Moisty Mire, as it's an unpopular location where you should be able to stock up on wood, bandages, shield potions and other Weapons without any problems. Once you are maxed out on wood, head to the nearby Fatal Fields to collect and do the same with bricks. If you have the time, always max yourself out on both wood and bricks as they will be what you primarily make the tower out of. (Bandages and Shield Potions are also important, as you will be within a storm on and off while Building it and taking a lot of damage while you do.)

Once you have collected all of your resources, it is time to begin Building the massive structure. Wait exactly for the storm to get close to you before starting to build, as it will actually keep the stairway hidden as you construct it. Once you start building, continue to build in the direction of the eye of the storm, staying as close to it as you possibly can. Eventually, you will actually reach build height. When you do, deconstruct the last part of the structure and then continue building using the floor/ceiling structure (again, towards the ey of the storm).

When the storm stops shrinking, build just outside of it where only a small part of the stairway is shown. This is where you should definitely heal up from the damage you have taken while Building, laying low until the storm begins to shrink once again. When it does, continue the process until you near the very end of Battle Royale. Should you start running out of wood, start using your bricks as backup.

As you near the end of the game, the storm will begin to close slower and slower. As it does, try to match your Building to the same exact tempo. As you do, keep an eye out for the last few survivors so you know exact where your last foe ends up. When it is down to just you and another player, build a base with a few openings so you can keep an eye on the other person. Once the final survivor stops moving, quickly take them out to earn your Victory Royale!
