Chapter 5 - The First Battle of Judecca

You'll be given a 4 days and 12 hours of free time.

- At Class 0's Lecture Hall you can do some new lessons at Moglin. Combat Basics: Intermediate - 40000 EXP. (Highly recommended, since it balances characters out in terms of level, and nets each single character quite some AP as well). Magic - All Magic +1. Stamina Knowledge: Beginner I - Max HP +50. Magic Knowledge: Beginner I - Max MP +10.

- In the Garden, speak with Cinque for a MEGA POTION.

- Visit Military Command to automatically watch a scene. If you visit as Machina, speak with the Cadetmaster for a lengthy scene and an ELIXIR.

- You can also do a request at Millitary Command. They require you to defeat 6 Bombs in the Juhanla Region. This is actually a fairly lengthy quest. You'll first have to travel to Mi-Go (via Airship). From there you can move through the Northern Passage which can now be accessed, and make your way to the other side. Then, on the plains of Juhanla, you must defeat six Bombs. There only appears one Bomb among several other creatures, if it appears at all, so cherish those encounter, and prolong them (up to two times, or you could get in serious trouble with Level 50 creatures). The reward for this request is X-POTION x5.

- In the Crystarium, speak with Quon for a scene and to get an ETHER. You can also do a request for Naghi, namely to collect proof that there is a little Cactuar lurking somewhere around the Magic Academy.

- At the Magic Bureau you can do a request for Arecia, to defeat 30 enemies with Blizzard BOM. You can do this fairly easily with a character like Rem at the Arena. The reward is JEWEL RING x12. The clerk has a different request and wants you to collect 7 Cyan Phantoma, which nets you CRYSTAL FRAGMENTS.

- At the Arms Lab you can do a request, requiring you to collect 7 Blazing Fragments (Rubrum Region isn't required, and you might already have enough). You get a CELESTIAL ARMLET (Thunder DEF +30%, prevents Shock) as reward.

- At the Student Lounge, speak with the Class 12 Mog to receive a HI-POTION. Speak with Sice for a short scene with Carla and to receive a HI-POTION. Speaking with Enra (behind the Sigil) nets you an ETHER.

- At the Salon, speaking with Deuce nets you a MEGA POTION. There's also an (2000) SPP request to be done here (PSP-only).

- At the Terrace you can (at some times, such as 2 days and 12 hours) find an Adjutant. Lend an ear to get ARIA'S END in the Crimson Codex. You also get a MEGA POTION.

- At Kazusa's Lab (behind the bookshelf in the Crystarium) you should be able to meet Kazusa. With three days left he can at least be found there for a MEGA POTION.

- At the Chocobo Ranch, collect any Chocobos you might have bred last time, and breed some news ones if you wish.

- At the Fountain Plaza you can find Enra with a request. He wants Rem to gain the best rank possible (S) in the currently available Combat Exercise (The Taking of Meroe).

- At the Airship Dock, speaking with Ryid nets you an ETHER. Speaking with Ryo nets you an ELIXIR.

- At the Front Gate you can do a request for the Logistics Bureau; collect 1 Phoenix Down. The reward is a MYTHRIL GAUNTLET.

- You can also do the Combat Exercise 'The Taking of Meroe' (Level 38) now.
