Best Crews in Disintegration Guide
Best Crews in Disintegration Guide

Disintegration is a FPS/RTS hybrid game that has a competitive multiplayer component which will appeal to players who enjoy close-quarters FPS combat and objective-based strategy play that involves squadmate management. Check out our Best Crews Guide to find out which crews are best for new players and specific game modes.

In Disintegration each player has immediate access to all nine of the game's multiplayer crews and can freely switch when respawning during a match. Each of these crews is unique having its own aesthetic, performance stats, Gravcycle loadout, and squadmate composition. As these crews are all different you will discover that some are more suited for specific playstyles and/game modes than others. Listed below are what we feel are the best multiplayer crews for both new players and specific game modes that are in Disintegration.

Best Crews for New Players

If you are new to Disintegration you will have nine different options available to you and if you are more interested in the overall performance that a crew can offer rather than its aesthetic then you may want to consider the two crews we have listed below, they are both great for new players and each has a different playstyles so choose according to your personal preference.

• King's Guard

If you like playing tanky characters that can effectively defend objectives and weather coordinated enemy assaults a good choice for you is King's Guard. This crew would also suit a player who prefers ranged combat as they are able to pick off enemies from afar using their Javelin Launcher weapon. This crew can also heal both themselves and their allies by deploying their AoE healing Nano Emitter.

• Lost Ronin

If you are a player who prefers using speed to rush objectives and flank unsuspecting enemies then you should consider playing Lost Ronin. This crew has a deadly arsenal of Concussion Grenades, three-round burst Spitfire Cannons, and Yumi Rocket barrages which becomes even more lethal when the enemy is caught unawares.

Best Crews for Zone Control

If you are a player who prefers to hang back and defend captured objectives then you should consider playing one of the tankier crews such as The Militia, The Sideshows, or The King's Guard. If however you are a player that likes to stay on the offensive and capture objectives the crews you should be looking at are The Business, Neon Dreams, The Lost Ronin, and Muertos.

Best Crews for Collector

In the collector game mode nearly all of the crews can be effective if played correctly. The crew you should ultimately pick is one that suits your prefered playstlye. Staying alive is a high priority in this mode so make sure you choose a crew that does not have you overextending.

Best Crews for Retrieval

Attacking Team

If you are the attacking team durability of your crews squadmates is important, especially if you plan on playing the core runner as this will involve transporting the cores. Therefore the best crews here are ones that have a Tank or Rhino squadmate on its roster. The Sideshows, Warhedz, Muertos, or The Militia are all good choices. The King’s Guard is also a good choice since they can heal squadmates and directly engage defenders while pushing towards the capture point.

Defending Team

The objective of the defending team is to deal as much damage through the use of superior firepower and disruption tactics as possible. Crews that are good choices for this are Neon Dreams, Lost Ronin, and The King's Guard. If you decide to select the King's Guard you will not only be able to heal allies but can also pick off exposed core runners with their Javelin Launcher which slows down any enemy it hits.
