How to Fast Travel

In Control you will be spending a lot of your time exploring the corridors and rooms of the Oldest House, the FBC's paranormal New York headquarters. This How to Fast Travel guide will tell you how you can navigate this huge building faster using fast travel.

To be able to Fast Travel you must first reach a control point you have unlocked. A control point is a specific place that Jesse can either capture or cleanse to unlock which will allow her to heal, check out new abilities, look at Board Countermeasures, change outfits and fast travel between other captured control points. To capture a control point will sometimes require getting rid of The Hiss that are guarding it. Control points that have been corrupted need only be claimed to become operational again.

In order to fast travel at the control point you have unlocked you simply press and hold the button prompt that appears on the screen so you can interact with it. The first time that you do this during the first mission the message 'Welcome to the Oldest House' will appear on screen. You then just need to locate and select any of the captured control points on the map to be taken to it.

It is important that you capture control points whenever possible as unlocking them for fast travel will allow you to move around the game a lot quicker and easier.
