Best Expected 4th Generation Pokemon In Pokemon GO

The 3rd Generation of the Hoenn Region has finally started to be released in Pokemon GO. Even though there are loads of new Pokemon now to be found, many players are already looking ahead towards the upcoming release of the 4th Generation within the hit mobile game. And why not? Like the Hoenn Region, the Sinnoh Region contains some of the most popular and strong Pokemon in existence, including many new final evolutions for previously released Pokemon. And because the hype is already real for the 4th Generation coming to Pokemon GO sometime during 2018, we here at SuperCheats have decide to go ahead and tell of some of the best expected Pokemon that will come from the Sinnoh Region!

Because the Legendary Pokemon of any Pokemon Generation are among the best Pokemon, we have decided not to include them in this article. They are already some of the strongest Pokemon - we all already know this - and they would most likely fill this entire article if we had gone ahead and included them. Instead, we will stick to the Non-Legends of the 4th Generation, explaining why we think each will be among the better Pokemon from the Sinnoh Region when they start being released in Pokemon GO. If at any given time you would like to express your thoughts about one of our picks - the same that aren’t in any given order - or this article as a whole, you can do so in the comments section below each and every page. No matter if your opinions are positive or negative, we would love to hear from your regardless!

So, without another second to delay, here are who we feel will be the best 4th Generation Pokemon that will eventually come to Pokemon GO later this year! We truly hope you enjoy!

Starter Pokemon

If there is one thing we know about Pokemon GO, it’s that, for the most part, the Starter Pokemon are among the best a player can find, obtain and add to their growing inventory. Outside of a few Starter Pokemon seen thus far, most of the Starter Pokemon pack quite a punch when in battle and have pretty high Maximum Combat Power Levels. Just look at Swampert, a Starter Pokemon presently found in Pokemon GO that can reach over 2800 for its Combat Power Level. And let’s not forget Charizard, Blaziken, Sceptile, and Feraligatr, four Pokemon that are also great options to have.

Since the Starter Pokemon usually receive favorable stats in Pokemon GO, odds are the three Sinnoh Starter Pokemon of Torterra, Infernape and Empoleon will have the same. Since bulky defensive Pokemon usually obtain the best stats when converted from the Mainstream Pokemon Games to Pokemon GO, this most likely means that Torterra and Empoleon should be better than Infernape. However, too much bulk could see both of them take second stage to the fiery monkey once again, as seen with Venusaur and Blastoise in the First Generation of Pokemon GO. More likely than not, however, Empoleon and Torterra should both be suitable options for players to use as Gym Defender, primarily based upon the defensive stats they have. Infernape, of course, will be a fierce Gym Attacker that can throw down with the best of them, but one that will also be extremely frail defensively speaking. If one of them had to be on bust alert - which doesn’t seem to be the case for these three - then it would have to be Empoleon just because it has never been that great of an attacker.
