Top 10 Most Annoying In-Game Pokemon

#4 - Zubat

It has already been mentioned a number of times, so you knew it would be coming up at some point. Zubat, the fourth most annoying in game Pokemon, was the original frustrating Pokemon. There is a reason why it is ranked as the highest first generation Pokemon AND the fourth overall on this list.

The reason why Zubat is ranked so high? You could not walk in any cave without it appearing... Numerous times. From Pokemon Red and Blue to Pokemon X and Y, you can't go in any cave without seeing a Zubat. In the original games, Zubat would appear in both Dark Cave and Mt. Moon. You couldn't walk two steps with one appearing. No, they weren't too hard to defeat AND they did not do too much damage to your Pokemon... BUT... They were relentless. They appear so many times, that soon your Pokemon would be out of PP and you would be in serious trouble. If that wasn't bad enough, you would lose so much time that was dedicated to getting through the caves. Even if you ran away from every last one of them, it would still take a very long time to get through the cave.

As years passed, you would have thought that the Pokemon Creators would improve upon this, but they didn't. They continued to have Zubat in appear in every cave, no matter what region. They appear a little less often than the original two games, but it still appears quite often.

If you ask any Pokemon Enthusiast who they thought was the most annoying in game Pokemon was, odds are most of them would say Zubat. It appeared THAT much, and wasted THAT much time. It was seriously horrible, and that's why only THREE Pokemon supersede it in this regard.

#3 - Bronzor

Coming in as the third most annoying in game Pokemon is Bronzor. At first glance, Bronzor doesn't seem like much. However, it is one of the most frustrating Pokemon in existence - at least in game. Bronzor has a combination of factors that lend to its annoyance.

Bronzor has everything going for it, at least where annoying trainers is concerned. First off, much like Zubat, it appears very frequently in Mt. Coronet. The path up Mt. Coronet is very strenuous; you have to defeat many trainers, find the correct path, and, of course, deal with Bronzor. If you chose Chimchar as your Starter Pokemon, you probably won't mind all of the Bronzor - but they might lower your PP when you need it most, since it has good defensive stats. However, if you chose either Turtwig or Piplup, Bronzor can pose many problems. It has the better type advantage over both of those Pokemon and their evolutions. Sure, you can try to flee and avoid them, but that only seems to make more appear. They just won't leave you alone, and it can be very frustrating. When you're climbing Mt. Coronet, your thoughts are solely upon defeating Team Galactic and stopping the Legendary Pokemon; you don't need anything else clouding your judgement, especially this little thing. It makes the whole experience longer and more tedious, which is quite troublesome.

Its evolution, Bronzong, poses the same threats, but it doesn't appear nearly as much as Bronzor. It can be annoying, but at least it doesn't appear a million times over and over. You really only have to face one strong Bronzong in Pokemon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum, which makes it far less irritable than its pre-evolution.

If you are not prepared for Bronzor, you could be in for a long hike up Mt. Coronet. I mean... It is ranked third on this list for a reason.
