How do I get the teen to use the blackboard
Is there a special blackboard because I have tried it teaches blackboard

The one to create the plan to become famous is in the Park on the pier above the lake...it's in the middle near the Fishing pole.

At the Community Center. It is beside the Piano. The back looks like a bulletin board, but when you turn ariund the view, it is a black board.

The Blackboard is just in the opposite place of Fishing pole (on the cross bridge) in the Park. (in fact I didn't Notice it either until I came across this task =.=|||) it takes 6 hours to complete this task. Good luck.

The Blackboard is in front of The Community Center, where all the chairs are.
