Whenever I select xbox live on multiplayer it says the current profile is not allowed to play on xbox live? and get

You could not be signed into Xbox Live first off. If you are, do you have a Gold Membership? If not, this is why. If you do have a gold membership, you could be banned from playing, or the servers are down. If it's none of these, you could email Treyarch and ask what the problem is.

That means you have been banned for some reason. You'll have to create a new account.

Which means that the profile you are logged in with has a Silver membership. You need to have a Gold (paid) membership.
