Once you have completed the quest entitled 'Blood Ties'. Vance will give you schematics for the Shishkebab If you don't want to build one, Simply attack and Kill Vance. Loot his Body and Find it, There will also be a Key to a Sword cabinet. Up the stairs on the Platform head in the direction to where Ian West was stop about Ten Steps in and Turn around until you see a Wooden Door walk in there this will be Vance's Room, look for a Sword Cabinet open it and find a sword called 'Vampires Edge'.
Deathclaw Gauntlet.

To get this without building it requires the DLC 'The Pitt' also requires to get up to the stage where you fight in the Hole. Once your up to the Second Fight kill John and Grubber Bear and search and Loot John or Grubber one of the two will have it as a Melee Weapon.

When you first see cola drinks drink them,or kill super mutants sell there weapons , kill the wastelanders,kill the brotherhood of steal,or any other person alive and sell sell sell all ther stuff

To Those: On Fallout 3 There Is A Weapon Named Ol Painless. If you have not found it but have found The Republic Of Dave. While in the Main Building, If you have the Dog Dogmeat, ask him to find you a Weapon. When he comes back He should have Ol Painless. Another way is to simply kill Dave and take the key the third is finish the quest and get it as the Reward. There are Two Ways to get Smugglers Ends. One way is to Pick Pocket Elder Lyons, he might not have it.
Second way is for Dog Meat. It is in a Room guarded at the door with two Brothers of Steel. Once you go in there, Walk around until you find a safe, then you do the same thing to get Ol Painless. I hope the Hint has worked.

If you wake up in the Citadel's infirmary (after activating Project Purity) without your follower's in sight, here's the solution: After speaking with Elder Lyons once you wake up, the only follower you may find with you is Dogmeat (if Dogmeat was with you in the first place). If you had a second follower with you that doesn't appear, exit to the Citadel courtyard, then re-enter Ring A, then Ring B and go to the infirmary. There you should find your other follower.
It is possible the follower didn't load properly, so leaving and returning may then load them correctly.

Note: I am not the only one to come across this problem. I have read reports of others having the same trouble and using the same method, so it should be a universal solution.

If you happen to fall off a tall bridge or something in which case you will almoat certainly die. Just before you hit the ground quickly save your game and then continue falling to your death then your game will load to the last save point which was about a metre off the ground and you fall from there and land perfectly safe

First off for all the people that don't know what the firelance is,it's an alien balster but stonger and can set enemies on fire.

To get the firelance early in the game you must walk all the way to whilhem's warf (if you don't know how to get there just follow the link) and save.Now swim east to the anchorage memorial where the random events begin.If you do not know how the event of the firelance looks like,you have to look up in the air and you will see a trail of black smoke and you will hear an explosion.

It will take a few ties before actually getting the firelance,but thats why we saved before discovering the memorial (it took me about 12 tries).Now once you get the event start searching because the explosion scatters the ammo and the firelance,the firelance will not be far from the area but the ammo will,so once you find the firelance make time foward to around 10 p.m. Because the alien ammo glows at night which means it will be easier searching for them.

In the town girdershade when the one ladu don't know whaty asks for you to find Nuka-Cola Quantum and you leave her house a man named Ronald will intercept you. Be nice to him and when he starts talking about getting with her act like you don't know what he is talking about and he will say your naive. Keep acting like you don't know what he is talking about and you should get a speech option for getting double or you can pick another if you have the black widow option wich is the one you want to pick(it talks about a threesome...) he will run off and try to get you nuka cola!

Okay have you ever wondered how to get more skill points early on? All you have to do is spare one of your S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Points. Okay what I mean is take your luck skill down to 1 I belive is lowest, and take one point from another and put all the stored points into intellegence. When you level up you will get over 20 skill points and when your lv. 4 you can get the comprehension perk to get an additoional point.

In the town of Megaton go to the craterside supply go in and talk to Moira Brown then ask about the items she sells then go to misc. And she will have it in there for about 1000 caps.
That should help.

In order to get Star Paladin Cross and Fawkes as a companion at the same time just follow these steps:

Karma (No Need to Read If You Have Good Karma):
If you don't already have good karma just donate 1000 caps to any church which will put it to very good karma or donate less and just get good karma. If for some reason you want negative karma for some reason go to rivet city and kill about 10 security guards but no named characters since they are actually useful and don't re-spawn, this should put you to Very Evil or at least really close, If you don't wanna go on a massive killing spree just go on and off someones computer without doing anything, you still lose karma.

Actually getting them:
Recruit Fawkes FIRST, Then go to the citadel and make him wait in the courtyard, find Cross in the A-Ring usually in the great hall but if not just wait for an hour repeatedly until she appears. I think this only works if you havent spoken to her before but I'm not sure since it was the first for me. Talk respectively to her about her and your dad and a dialogue option should show after she talks about joining you, choose "i couldn't possibly stop you" or it was something like that. Now Go back to Fawkes and tell him to follow, and you are done. This works with PS3 And PC versions as well.

Extra Info:
Cross and Fawkes are the best 2 followers for Damage Resistance and health, Fawkes has a skill of 75 for all types of weapons and cross has a skill of 100 for all types of guns, but is terrible with melee and unarmed. (there is a way to check that on the PC version with cheats.) Fawkes will not go into sneak mode if you crouch but Cross will, not like it helps with Fawkes Shaq-like body standing around. If you have Dogmeat this can allow you to travel in a group of 4 and be nearly unstoppable against all enemies, unless you suck at the game And Dogmeat will die fast. If they get stuck on misc. Objects like rocks, wait an hour and they will appear next to you, this works with all followers.

Hope you use this to an amazing advantage.

West of Rockbreaker's Last Gas, there is a giant hill. And if you look, there is a shack on top of that hill. If you make it up and go inside, you will find a cage in the corner with like 4 Radroaches inside, each with weird names. Ignore them or kill them, but you will find a cabinet (or something... I don't really remember) that is a Very Hard-Lockpick (FYI: 100 LP needed to get in) inside is the Victory Rifle, a special Sniper Rifle.

NOTE: In here there is also one of the Keller Transcripts (a holotape) which you need to get the MIRV Fatman. (There are 5 total)

Near the Deathclaw Sanctuary to the west, there is a chapel. Go here and when you walk towards the front, a guy will start shooting you with a sniper rifle, kill him and search his body to get the Reservist's Rifle. The Reservist's Rifle is a special Sniper Rifle, that has only 3 bullets in a clip, and I think it has a faster shooting rate.

NOTE: If you kill the guy, and his body doesn't fall down, you may have to stand on the Preacher's stand or podium in the corner, and jump and search his body in the air, because there is no other way to get to his sniping spot. ALSO there is some ammo and other things inside the chapel.

If you have found the alien blaster north of the downed powerm line and ran out of ammo then there is only one place left for it. If you head east from valut 101 to the overpass with a trailer you will hear a missle. Look up and find the smoke trail. See where it lands (it makes a huge explosion so it's not that hard) and heas to the explosion. You will find 100-150 rounds for it and the firelance for repair the alien blaster or sell it for some caps.

Im not sure if this was just a glitch but , like the 6th time dogmeat ran away from me to vault 101 when I went there he was just normal but I sneaked up on him and I could pick-pocket him . I could put weapons , armour etc in his inventory , I could even put a grenade in him to kill him instantlly . This may have just been a glitch but try it for yourself . :)

1. If you click on the right stick while pointing at an object your player will lift it, it will pretty much just be floating above your face but pretty much.
(use this to steal stuff where someone is always looking, just move it to where you can hide then take it, you can also lift dead bodies to use as a meatshield, just be careful since this slows you down and it is kind of hard to get the body to stay under your cross hairs, and don't try it right as you are getting shot at, I can guarantee you will just lose more health.

2. While trying to hack a computer if you have one try left turn off the computer, then get back on and you can try again 4 times as usual. Also look in the random symbol parts for multiple symbol that are higlighted, click these and a certain one of them will restore all your tries, it will not count as a try if it's the wrong one and it is more than one highlighted symbol.

3. The power of atom should be the first quest you finish, either way you get a house, and you can store all your stuff in there that you don't need at the time. This is really helpful.

When you come across a Scavenger ask them to repair your equiptment. Repair what is needed then kill the scavenger and get your caps back. You can spend as much as you like and always get all of your caps back, you loose karma but who cares

I beat the New DLC a couple hours after I bought it on Xbox 360
And one of the many things in the locked store room are the T-51b winterized armor( also there is a gauss rifle with somewhere around 60-70 rounds,and a bunch of other powerful weapons)

I didnt even have power armor training and I was able to wear it(and I was also able to wear outcast power armor too)

I havent stopped wearing it since and it's condition never goes down( I've been shot, fire ants have shot flame at me, and countless frag mines have been activated and it still has 100% CND

Ps. The gause rifle is one of the most powerfull weapons in the game( it's got a scope on it) also ther is a sword in there I suggest picking it up it is also powerfull( it's electrified )

This is fairly easy to get. If you side with the Mechanist during the Super Human Gambit Quest, and help him protect his facility from the ANTagonizer, and kill her and take the Mechanist her clothes, he will give you a special Laser Pistol called Protectron's Gaze.

At Fort Independence, the Outcast Brotherhood fort, there is a Missile Launcher called the Miss Launcher. You find it in a storage room just off of the room where there are like 8 terminals, or the Research Room. The Miss Launcher lobs the Missile instead of shooting it straight at a target, making it a sort of Grenade Launcher.

To find the Alien Blaster, first go to minefield then head north to the power station, then follow the power lines till you see it knocked over. Near this point you should begin to get radiation (only +1 per second.) It is here where you should find a downed UFO, which near the cockpit is a dead alien, the Alien Blaster, and loads of Alien Blaster ammo. The Alien Blaster is the best weapon in the game.

When you get to the map location in the top northwest corner of the map constintien base with all robots there go to the co qouters there is a doll in a safe for the vault tec achivment and if you keep going down and down you should get to a room where there is a security bot and a raider called tara kill them both and take her key and go to the locked door to the left the room shood be blue with neon lights all around there is a fatman,metal armor and the 5lb armor I'm pretty sure there was a computer you have to hack when you hack it you can get the armor out of the glass barrer and the helmet too hope I help you all out(its also my favorite armor)

As you walk around the wasteland you will come across outcast brother hood as they make patrols. Follow them [ it's a little slow but worth it ] they will come under attack and kill what is attacking them and you can go collect items from thier kills. Use the vats system on the outcasts and notice thier life bars are going down.

Keep following them untill one or all of them die and take thier armor and weapons. Thier armor can be used to repair brotherhood of steel armor also.

You can also use this tactic with the caravans and get thier items also.

Watch your karma level. If it becomes too evil a group of mercs called the regulators will come and try to kill you. I am being dead serious.

You propubly know this but if you crouch and use V.A.T.S. You can aim better.

To get easy caps youre going to need to find a base named Fort Independence at the bottom of the wast land when you find it talk to the out cast guard at the front neer the door to Fort Independence. When you talk to him he will give you a task of finding tech like, energy weapons, plasma armor, enclave armor ,or power armor. Takeing stuff back will let you choose from stuff like 5.56 ammo, stimpack, rad-away, or grenades. When you get the choice choose grenades and after a while of trades go to trades in Rivit City and Megaton (if you choose not to blow it up) than your mony will acumilate. I,ve gotten up to 13,000 caps.

After getting alot of caps a fun fact shoot the truck when the out cast guy is neer it will kill him reget all the stuff now it will be fully fixed and sell for a higher price in sales.

P.S. Just killing him will result in bad karma and peeing of the outcast so just fallow the fun fact.

This is the easiest way to kill them put frag mines in front of you and make sure they get your attention when they do make sure you are behind the frag mine and 8 outta 10 times one of it's legs would be crippled and it will be slowed down and then this is the time to shoot at with some assualt rifles. So I help this helped.

For some people who are asking me how you kill more then one enimie around it is easy. You first get a weapon that has alot of ammo. Like a shotgun or a chinese machine gun. You first lock on to the enimie and then if you are close to them lock on to them and fire one of them in the head ane then switch by moving the control stick to the other and fire at the head of the other one. I hope that helps.

If you go to the pentagon then head south you will find mercs and raiders but also alot of other places but theres always someone with a missile launcher and a sniper so be careful also theres this raider in a tower with booby traps in it with 2 med packs

Yes, you can just kill raiders, but, if you go to megaton, you can get a side quest to go to the super duper mart.There are a bunch of raiders.Also, there are a lot of ammo boxes in there.you should get youre lock pick to 25 1st.also, youmigt find a couple laser pistols in there.
