Question for The Sims Bustin Out

I fell in love with Bing, and when I try to propose to him, he says hes already "spoken for" and he also said try one of the free street people, so I started a new game, and fell in love with one of the street people, and they keep rejecting it. And so I started a new game, and another site said I should fall in love with Dudley..and so I did, and he rejects it too! WHAT DO I DOOO????

What I did was got onto freeplay, made my actual fiance a sim, moved him into free street then went to his house and met him. Eventually our sims fell in love, I invited him over, cooked dinner, swam in the pool with him then let him sit down. After all that I proposed and he accepted. I did all this at Malcom's Mansion. Then we kissed and had a baby and CPS took our baby away. I wouldn't recomend filling that goal until you have all your jobs completed to the highest level. It's really difficult.
