The cliffs are right next to the Country Cafe. From the entrance, go right until you see some stairs (you might need to go up a little bit to see them). Go up the stairs and keep on walking until it says you've completed your goal.

where are the cliffs in sims busting out. And if its the thing next to the rodea then why is it blocked and how do i unblock it?
