talk to daschell swank,he will tell you.Once you talk to him and get the 30 cans all you have to do is use your phone and in services it will say sculptor (or something like that).The thing is that you have to gain high popularity (50 or 60) or else the sculptor won't do it.Hope this helps :D

Hello!!!!!! To get the sculptor, You have to buy A phone from General Store Or From cheatum and howe.
Then call from your Phone There will be some thing
Written DENZEL OR SCULPTOR so call him and hire him' Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!
