Well if you enter to meany cheats in the game, it could screw your game up.

Only some cheats will stay on if you save it like pedestrian riot.
Others like never go hungry will turn off once you turn off the console and will not be saved.

Either they corrupt your games or not, justdeactivate them to be sure.

That game will save but the cheats you put in will not save

I've done it but it didn't mess me up. Just don't do any and save till you beat the game or past Las Ventras.

The only thing that happens is the cheats are saved on as well. Yes I do it but I do NOT recommend saving the cheats that cannot be removed like the riot mode and such.
