To drive a car under water you should use two cheats. The cheats are CHITTYCHITTYBANGBANG which stands for all cars fly & CVWKXAM which stands for infinite oxygen.Now drive the car under water.

To drive a car under water you should use two cheats. The cheats are CHITTYCHITTYBANGBANG which stands for all cars fly & CVWKXAM which stands for infinite oxygen.Now drive the car under water. Sadly though, you cannot make your car float. You can only make it drive underwater.
Please note: If you do this, it is very hard to get your car out of the water

If you want to get the minimum on the bridge go and steal a train and drive to San fierro . and leave the train between the bridge and use this chaet. Rocket Man and get the minigun
