Actually there is no cheat for Ghost Rider. To get ghost rider you need to download cleo for gta san andreas. They you download your Ghost rider mod and paste the cs files in the cleo folder.

We can make a ghost rider bike in gta sa !!
First find a freeway bike . Then activate JCNRUAD and shoot the engine until it catches fire. Then enter it and your ghost rider bike is ready !!!!! Cars will explode when they collide with the bike . When you exit your bike it will explode.
WARNING:this procedure can be only done with bikes and not with cars , trucks, boats and planes
