This is quite a Long process.
You may need at least 3 separate programs to use the various mods in GTA-San Andreas.
In order for these to work, your GTA-SA must first hand be a compatible version of it
so that these 3 other apps will work for you to use the Mods.
The 3 Needed apps to use Mods in GTA-SA are :-
1) Cleo - You need to download this app called Cleo, its free to download. But
YOU must ensure you have the correct version for your mods to work. AND you must
also be USING the correct version of GTA-SA also.
2) Alci's IMG Editor - This is the app you need to use if you want to edit / modify
your CJ character to other downloadable characters in the internet.
3) Ped Editor - This is the app you need to use if you wish to edit / modify other
pedestrians or NPC's in the game.
