HOW TO SKIP A MISSION?

There are no ways to skip a mission in this game. The only way to complete them is upon your own skill. If you need help, the cheats for weapons and health REALLY help. If it weren't for them, I couldn't have completed the game.

Well, the thing is, I actually don't have the PC version of the game. I play on the Xbox version, so I can't help you via downloaded files. XD

But, I have played this mission multiple times, and know how to beat it. First get your little dodo plane from the airport and take it to the skies. Fly to a fairly high elevation - probably until you're on level with the round clouds. Fly directly towards the dot on your map.

Once you can see you're going to crash right into the front of the plane that's flying towards you, pull up and turn around. This should get you and the plane going at the same direction, and you'll be right on top of it. Just fly down and hit the red circle with your plane.

Now you'll most likely need full health and full body armor for this one. Shoot the 5 guys in the head to give them an instant kill. There's only one more guy in the cockpit. Shoot him, and the plane is yours. Fly it back to the airport, and you've passed the mission.

The biggest key is to have full body armor. That way, you most likely won't get killed.

Then click the first result and you will have a link to a RAR file in description of the video.

The file name is Gamerzpcpro Sanandreas savegames. Open it there will be a folder named game in parts.Then you will find mission Names.Then open which mission you want skip and extract the file inside your (mission name) into Documents/GTA san andreas user files. THATS ALL!
