Q:1-do you have to go to the 3rd island (the northern part of the map) to get a piliots licince & and be able fly all planes? YES, ITS IN THE DESERT (ABANDANDED AIRPORT THERE (ABOVE AREA 51))

Q:2-when do you get to go to the third island? IF U MEAN LV THAN ITS AFTER YOU COMPLETE THE MAIN FLIGHT TRAINING

1.You need to beat some missions to get to 3rd island,you have to wait for a pone call and they will ask you if you want a pilliot licince.

2.After you beat missions first.

Yes, you must wait until you can get to the third island before you can get your pilots lisence.

You get to the third island, after you've completed all the story missions on the second island.

1.) No, you can steal the planes in the airport is you want.
2.) After you finish the misison ya ka boom boom I think.
