Is there a way on the xbox version that you can get your pilot's lincense before pilot's school without triggering a bug in the game that won't let you finish the game otherwise by not letting you do certain missions

You can. Get a car and drive to los santos international and park the car near the box where the man says only people holding a valid pilot's license may enter.get onto the car, then onto the top of the box and steal a plane. Let the plane fly out of san andreas and when you return after 2 or 3 hours you flying skill will be high enabling you to even steal the AT 400 from las venturas.

I don't think there's a way get get your pilot's lincense without triggering a bug

If you don't want to trigger a bug go through flight school, it wont take long to get a lincense

Yes.If you want to get your pilots lincense or fly around you have to get a car and get it by the fence then when your done with that jump on top of the car and jump the fence but there are only two planes to fly with.If you want to go anywhere (like Las Venturas, San Fierro, or the country) put in the no cops cheat.Which is B, Right, B, Right, Left, X, Y, Up.Where ever you go the cops wont get onto you.
