Go back to where you did the mission, and the truck will be there.

It is on the Quarry floor birectly below the big yellow crane with a magnet on it "if you take a car down there, you can load the car into the back of the dump truck with the crane, take it out of the quarry and dump the car into the sea by tipping the dumper bed up, great stress relief
