Ok, I have been playing for a while, basically playing around, but I know you can get a parachute, or is that just for ps2?...........if not how do I get 1?......and do I have to do a mission to get it?

No you don't have to do a mission you just have to find one of the tallest buildings and there is a door you can go throw to get to the top and there is a parachute waiting for you.

Hello godlover7, (I abswered your gang trouble question) you ought to be Gotmelonslover7.

To get a parachute go to Central Los Santos, there will be the high rise freeway and to the left side of it (facing north) there should be a hhhhuuuuggggeeeee building (circular) at the corner of a small road there will be an entrance with a yellow marker, walk into it and you'll go onto the roof. Climb the stairs onto the helipad and there should be a backpack/parachute. To get down either sky dive or go down the stairs.

If youre still unsure look at the map, next to a big road between east and weast Los santos, to the left next to the road will be a white oval/circle, mark it and go there

There is also a cheat you could use that would help you get a parachute.

To get a parachute simply get in a plane and jump out. You will be automatically equipt with one. You guys should buy the strategy guide... MUCH EASIER!

If you get in a plane and fly, and you jump you will have a parachute.
