San andreas defentley it's not only the best game out of all of the gta games it's got alot more detail and alot more fun,Vice city is a good game but you can't swim so go with san andreas.

San Andreas is a lot better. Its more interactive than Vice City.Although, in San Andreas should not type in a lot of cheats (about 700 cheats)or the game will freeze or in certain missions the game will glitch. Hope I helped.
