What things can you use at the end of the game ps were can I find the s.w.a.t tank and is there another way to get into area 59.

The end of the line mission, just go to where the arrow on the mini map is
You mean underground area 59? Don't think you can get below ground level

To go to area 59 use a jetpack. The swat tank can be finded only in the last mission.

59: Go get a hydra and use the indestructable vehicle cheat to fly in. Might want a rocket launcher.
