No, this can be done after the main missions (or after you take over gang areas again when you get back to Los Santos so you don't have to worry about Ballas or Vagos)

Yes it's a side mission, but it helps you to complete 100% of the game. First finish all the missions and then do this.

No you don't need to complete it to go on, but you do need it if you want to add more to your %completed.

No it is not part of a mission, but it is a side mission and it go's to your 100% completion in the game.Hope I helped!

It's a side mission. You can do it eny time you want, but it has to be completed to get 100 percent in the game. When you get into a car that can be exported, a blip message will pop up telling you, so you don't have to worrie about finding the cars a whole lot.
