So I've found the mall area.Directly East of the hospital. The city is named "Market" I went in this open plaza looking place where there are escalators in the middle. I'm guessing the entrance is somewhere here but even when I went up the escalator there are like the shop fronts which have blurry items and fake doors. Where do I enter the mall?!?!
Do you have to complete a mission or something?

You can't enter the mall it's just a building that fills up the city, but it has no use.
