Your thinking of a Sabre Turbo. You can mod it at the mod shops around town.

HAHA, you have to remember that the cars in gta sa are not real cars, and only some of them are based on real cars. If you want a dodge charger (the old kind) your best bet would be either a Clover or a Sabre. And for the 2007 Charger, remember, this game was made in 2005.

The sabre is the car that looks most like the general lee, but theres no real cars in the game.
Also, sean_._, this game was made in 2004, not 2005.

There is not a charger in san andreas, that is a vihicle mod you can download on the pc version, and to make ot look like the general lee is also a mod for the pc version. The closest thing to a charger would be the clover
