In san fierro there are manrails ( I think that is what they are called ). Can you go onto those and ride them around the city? How do you do it if you can?

The cable cars? No you cannot steal them, or ride in or on them. ALWAYS stay out of thier was, because they never stop, and they will kill you if you get imfront of them, and the trash your car too. They are only decoration that move.
